To rent equipment from Cendant Rental, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid government-issued ID. You may also be required to provide proof of insurance or a deposit for certain equipment rentals.
The rental period is specified at the time of booking. Rental fees are calculated based on the duration of the rental, type of equipment, and any additional services requested. Fees are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.
You are responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and care of the rented equipment during the rental period. You must follow all safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions. Any damage to the equipment while in your possession may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
Late returns are subject to additional fees. You must notify Cendant Rental promptly if you are unable to return the equipment by the due date. Failure to return equipment within the agreed timeframe may result in penalties, additional charges, or legal action.
Cendant Rental may provide delivery and pickup services for an additional fee, depending on your location and the equipment type. Delivery and pickup schedules are subject to availability.
To submit a small engine repair request, you must provide accurate information about the engine, the issue, and the equipment requiring repair. Cendant Rental will provide an estimate for labor and parts before beginning any work. The final cost may vary based on the extent of repairs needed.
Any parts installed during the repair process are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable). Cendant Rental does not provide a warranty on repairs, but we will do our best to ensure the work meets industry standards. Additional repairs or services may incur extra charges if further issues are discovered.
Once repairs are completed, you will be notified. If the engine is not picked up within [X] days of completion, Cendant Rental reserves the right to charge storage fees or take ownership of the item.
Cendant Rental accepts payment via credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods. Payments are due at the time of booking, repair request, or at equipment pickup.
For certain rentals, a deposit may be required in addition to the rental fee. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the equipment in good condition, minus any applicable fees for damages or late return.
Cendant Rental is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of rented equipment or services, including small engine repairs. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cendant Rental, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our products or services.
Cancellations for equipment rentals must be made at least 4 hours/days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 hours/days before the rental period will incur a cancellation fee.
Once repair services have begun, cancellations are not accepted. If repairs have not yet been initiated, you may cancel the service with a refund, minus any diagnostic or administration fees.
Your privacy is important to us. Cendant Rental collects and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
